For anyone who is having issues with their game lighting/mat_dxlevel settings and suspect this addon being behind it.. you're completely right.

Spent a good couple hours or so wondering why lighting would break on maps when I would open the spawn menu or why intense flickering was happening, until I found out this addon was the reason. Hasn't been updated in a good while so... go figure.
