Recycling facilities (recycling center and ultimate recycling monument) spawn industry trucks to deliver the reclaimed goods they produce.

It is an ore truck, and ore trucks are spawned in ore industrial areas and garbage buildings.

Wow! The CAT would be perfect as a standalone prop!
Btw use this script by Ronyx69 to get rid of that "floor" inside the vehicles :)
