I've noticed a bug with the thrusters added by GSC as a result of this patch.
Specifically, the armoured and psi thrusters don't appear on any ships (with the exception I believe of the level 1 armoured thrusters on corvettes and destroyers).
This appears to be down to the way that you've renamed the cruiser and battleship specific variables in the definitions at the top of the c_crystal_thrusters.txt file.
I've fixed the issue in my local copy, so would you like me to send over the file?
On a related note, I could also modify and send over the RS section templates so they use similar aux slots numbers to the numbers used by the modified vanilla ship section templates in GSC if you'd like?

So they won't need to add aux slots
Are you planning to amend the vanilla section templates to provide the same number of Aux slots that GSC adds, and also modify the RS section templates to provide similar numbers of of Aux slots?

The answer to your question is yes.
From what I can see you've merged the crew component into the main mod, so would I be right in saying that currently all this mod is doing is overwriting the vanilla ship section templates (that GSC modified) with the vanilla versions. Is that right?
I'll fix that
One thing I did notice is that it looks like you've overwritten the increased number of aux slots that GSC adds to the vanilla ships.
Would you be wiling to restore those to the GSC values, and amend the RS ship sets to have similar numbers (as appropriate)?
