Some of those errors I can replicate if you are using the ironman mod without the main Better Looking Garbs mod.
Otherwise conflicting mods may be the cause.

I'm having an odd issue - the same as the other guy - where it seems like certain parts of the portraits are applied randomly. A whole bunch of people with glowing red eyes, or the purple love ring, or with the saintly beatified background - despite none of the pre-requisites.

Do you have the blgccironman mod file and directory both copied?

Copied the mod from the submods folder but when activating both this and the main blg mod checksum is changed

The mod should show up as "BLG / CC with ironman achievements". The game probably didn't download it yet. If that fails the submods are also bundled inside the base mod.

Doesn't work for me. Changes the checksum just the same as the base mod does. Also should it have different name in the game launcher? For me it just shows as "Better looking garbs". I haven't installed the base mod

The updated version will start in the default state. You can run the installer again to reintegrate dlc.

correction: i use BLG vanilla (I do not own some unit packs and such) as well as BLG Ironman. Those are the only portrait mods I use. Western european portrait packs (Irish, English/Norman, French, German, Italian, Iberian) are now all blended in a weird italian-ish variation that also bears issues (such as the loss of a trait - say lustful, that used to slightly modify the portrait - now rendering a character oddly locked to baldness (in this case, a woman ruler).

Are you sure you have BLG full? The regular version will be in an uninstalled state again after an update.

seems like the previous update overrid all the portrait packs into one single italian-ish portrait variation? this is the only portrait mod I use (along with BLG Full) and never had this issue before

If there's an error check tha main BLG and BLG ironman are of the same release version.

Unless they have both traits, stressed should just be bags under the eyes.

Why is it set that stressed people have red eyes like possessed people? Has always confused me with the portraits, as 90% of the time the red eyes are on stressed people which is a very common trait.

Customize Appearance is not ironman compatible since it adds a decision with events.

Support for non-vanilla mods is a lot more limited in the last rewrite. But I think removing blgcchip/events/ will fix the checksum change.

Disabling BLG brings achievements back.

I haven't seen a change.

Achievements are disabled again with the newest patch.

I've updated the ironman mod to override all other submods now for easier use like this.

me again, got it to work for CKII+ now im trying to get it to work for HIP for the same reason as being able to use this in multiplayer. I tried the dependacy trick but it dosnt seem to be working as well as I am not getting the normal HIP checksum

You can edit the file in a text editor, there is a dependencies section where you can add "BLG / CC for CK2Plus" to the end.

I think you can use all three if you add "BLG / CC for CK2Plus" to the dependencies of blgccironman.mod.mod.

It's for achievement hunting specifically. Ironman saving will work without.

I tried disabling all my mods, then re-enabled them one by one with better looking garbs first (restarting the game ~10 times), and now it suddenly seems to be working all fine.
Dunno what it might have been to be honest, probably something with the workshop.
