If it isn't too much to ask, can ya do the same with VFE settlers apparels if it uses the same tags?
My "Make Ladies Hat" bill coming from this mod has no material requirements; and any colonist who tries to pick up the bill and work on it simply says "Standing" endlessly. )=

Looks like it should, but be aware that it overwrites the clothing definitions instead of patching them. Load it early.
