Indispensable. I have been using it for 15 days. Combined with the “Track” talent, I can easily remember where the enemies are placed. The only small problem concerns personal annotations: if the cursor is not well placed, on one of the 2 buttons for example, what you write is not included in the text input field.

Hi, i imagine it as right clicking and when the right click menu appears there could be a option that says 'Landmarks' and when we click on this it opens the 'Show known landmarks' page from the main menu.
I actually use this mod more often nowadays and it would just be a way of using it without having to go via the main menu every time.

@Marc1314: How do you mean? Right-clicking on a landmark to go to it would be redundant, since you can already do that by left-clicking, and right-clicking on a grid to set a landmark should already work.

@Chacal de las Calendulas: I'm not sure the game provides a mechanism for setting a hotkey for an action on the main <Esc> menu. I'll investigate.

@Rougheredge: We Apologize for the Delay.™ I don't know where exactly the game log file lives on Steam, but it's named te4_log.txt. The log file from a game session that exhibits the problems you describe should have information in it that I can use to track down the problem. If you have an account on the TE4 forum [forums.te4.org], you can post a comment on this addon's discussion thread and attach the log file; otherwise, something like DropBox would probably work.

Now for some reason when I use this the screen just flashes again and again and I have to close the game with a task manager. Is anyone else having this?

@Krekayn: Do you have the "Use mouse to move" option disabled? This addon essentially fakes a mouse click internally to make the player go to the chosen landmark, and I thought I had it set up to work either way, but another use just reported that it didn't work with that option disabled. I've just pushed out a new release that should fix that. We Apologize for the Inconvenience.™

@Krekayn: Hmm, I have sometimes seen running (which is what I'm using internally) stopped with the uninformative stop reason "didn't move". I think it might just be unable to figure out where to go. Maybe try moving a few grids in the right general direction and hitting 'z' again?

I can't remember what the 2 addons i deleted were. But everything works exactly as intended up to the point where it's actually supposed to move. When I click the landmark it just doesn't move my character at all. It even gives me the little buff icon telling me that i'm moving to landmark but the character doesn't move at all. After that point if i try to press Z to initiate an auto move my character won't move either. It's almost like there's a hostile target around but i'm on the world map with no patrols.

@Krekayn: Can you give more detail on "stopped working"? Is the "Show known Landmarks" game menu item not showing up? What are the other two addons you tried removing?

I really love this addon but for some reason it stopped working for me today and i'm unsure why. I disabled both of the addons that i installed since the last time it worked (even tried deleting them) and that didn't fix it. Anyone have any suggestions on how i can get it working again? it's one of my most used addons!
