can you go over step by step on how to put the suit on in ulx i managed to get pac3 working but have no clue how to use ulx to put it on please help

they are useable as playermodels, they just don't have the lua code in them to automatically add them to the spawn menu, since they're content packs n shit

They don't have lua-code to become a model yet, you can however install ULX and use the !model ^ (the model path here) command to set your model as it.

im having still having trouble getting access to the vintage suit as a playermodel any advice on what i should do

They're rigged to be playermodels, there's no lua file for them as they're part of a content pack for a server. You can set them with ulx model ^ (model path) or by using pac3
