another thing you could try is to resub the flatscreen tv mod then resub my tv mod restart l4d2 with the sv_consistency 0 command via console~

check to see if you may have a conflicting mod or campaign that may have a tv in it that is interfering

could be a bug in l4d2 i had the same thing happen to me with the computaer monitors then one day it just fixed itself

make sure you dont have any other tv mods installed
other than that i'm not sure why it won't work it works fine when i use it

unsub restart game then resub also make sure to enter sv_consistency 0 into the console ~

before you start a match go into the console ~ and type in sv_consistency 0
sometimes mods break consistency this will allow custom content aka mods
