Hi, can someone help me why my son won't connect on any of the LRT trams ? https://ibb.co/PYVxG8g @clus
RedVelocity 24 Jun, 2023 @ 10:01am
@clus yes, a simplified version without the bike lanes. I love the middle part can be concrete or grass.
clus  [author] 23 Jun, 2023 @ 3:10am
@RedVelocity What do you mean by "green edges" ? The bike lanes or is smthng wrong ? I do have a ton of roads ready, but stopped releasing any of those since the release of the road builder mod. I might rethink that decision.
RedVelocity 18 Jun, 2023 @ 1:55am
Any smaller version of this road available without the green edges?
Maylow 11 Jun, 2023 @ 7:11am
Sorry for all the confusion of my part!! All comments i posted technically do apply and still stand about the reported issues, but i mixed up the author of this asset (@clus) and the author of NS Mixed Cargo (@Acc3ss Violation). My humble apologies and i will report the issue with de NS 2200 at his asset comment section of course.
Maylow 11 Jun, 2023 @ 5:57am
@Acc3ss Violation thanks for responding this fast again and glad to hear in some way it might not be this asset after all but something else on my end.
I will test again in a moment and share new insights/post relevant info from output_log.txt.

To prevent comment spamming ;) i'll update comments in https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1778587650&searchtext=2+Lane+2+Way+-+Tram+Road about this issue, since that asset, this one and a few other all report the same on my system.
clus  [author] 10 Jun, 2023 @ 3:18am
@ Maylow I´ve tested the network on 2 different accounts, but I cant reproduce your issue. Everything is ok at my end. Sry, but Idk whats going on or wrong ... :/
Maylow 3 Jun, 2023 @ 10:25am
This asset also has Adaptive Networks https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2669938594 report an assertion error.
Also asset https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1778587650 has Adaptive Networks report that error.
While asset https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2045936715 does not have Adaptive Networks report that error.
I'm more certain now that the assertion problem Adaptive Networks reports is related to these assets rather than to that mod.
clus  [author] 16 Apr, 2023 @ 3:17am
I have, but it isnt published. The closest thing I publicly have is this one here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2688932788
jakan1604 11 Apr, 2023 @ 7:36am
Do you have a version of these without the bike lanes?
clus  [author] 3 Jan, 2023 @ 11:11am
@The Loot hi ... well, there a certain things that are possible ... still, even with AN, you´re realtively "limited". I did place the traffic lights this way. because I´ve hoped that TMPE might came up with an update to use these traffic lights visually independent. Sadly that wasnt the case ...so far. ;)
@akademia.ingle There might come something similar in the future ...
akademia.ingles 2 Jan, 2023 @ 5:01pm
Can you make this road with trolleybus wires?
The Loot 8 Dec, 2022 @ 1:50pm
I have to say, the adaptive traffic light props are an amazing idea. Makes me think about how serious use of proper flags and props really can add a lot of varied details to a network.
Canadian Moose 6 Nov, 2022 @ 8:48am
@clus thank you so much for getting back to me! Launching the game shortly and will DM a photo! I can also provide output logs if needed
clus  [author] 6 Nov, 2022 @ 12:00am
@ACanadianMoose Can you provide a pic ? I´ve taken a look at the network and found nothing unusual so far ...
Canadian Moose 5 Nov, 2022 @ 12:52pm
after the update it now has small blue lines (the holes into the map blue) alongside the edges of the paths against the tram tracks
J.Harrison 3 Nov, 2022 @ 7:42am
The textures for my road nodes cannot be loaded. can you help me
akademia.ingles 4 Oct, 2022 @ 7:13am
Hello! Can you make type op this road whis trolleybus wires where they can use all lanes?
d513 14 Sep, 2022 @ 4:17am
this asset is amazing, I wish there way a way to have busses to be able to use the tram lane since it looks like it has asphalt
Mayday 21 Jul, 2022 @ 7:32am
looking forward for single lane each direction version
clus  [author] 16 Jul, 2022 @ 10:44pm
Hi. I already have an one lane version of this type of road.... but Idk yet, when I am going to upload it ... we'll see ;)
SpeckledFleebeedoo 10 Jul, 2022 @ 6:19am
I would love something like this with only a single lane of traffic in each direction.
clus  [author] 20 Apr, 2022 @ 4:08am
Hey ... maybe ;) and thanks !
Ibigoo 18 Apr, 2022 @ 6:45am
hi, nice asset. however, any chance to create it without bike lanes?
empwwb 4 Apr, 2022 @ 7:34am
This road is good but looks dirty and weird with other roads, hope there is a clean version
clus  [author] 6 Mar, 2022 @ 7:46am
@oshawotta737 Something like that will come (finished already) ... but idk when.
@Irina haha ... weird is good. ;) And yes, you´r absolutely right .. the road looks different.
This weathered or "more used" look is what I wanted ... I absolutely dislike the "clean vanilla look" of all the networks ... therefore almost all of my roads will look like this one, when all updates are done. ;)
Irina 6 Mar, 2022 @ 5:13am
oshawotta737 5 Mar, 2022 @ 3:13pm
@clus is there a chance you could make a variation with street parking instead of bike lanes?
clus  [author] 20 Feb, 2022 @ 7:31am
I wont repeat that "mistake" again ;) :P .... only even widths ...
codewitch 18 Feb, 2022 @ 10:53am
You can use Zoning Adjuster to better-use "imperfect" widths. But certain ones that aren't even multiples of 8m (1u=8m) will still have gaps in them.
JZGVGC 14 Feb, 2022 @ 11:10am
Yeah I'd been using RICO + Move It up to this point and it works fine, absolutely worth the little extra effort for a road that looks this nice :)
clus  [author] 13 Feb, 2022 @ 11:15pm
Hey. The reason for that behavior is, that this road has an uneven width (35m). As simple as that. ;)

This could be changed, but that also could interrupt everything people already build in their cities, therefore I won´t update the width ... sry.
You could use RICO or something like that to put your buildings down manually. Regular zoning won´t visually work, like it does with the other roads.
JZGVGC 11 Feb, 2022 @ 9:22pm
Noticed something unusual with the zoning on this road, the grid is offset down the length of the road from the node differently than any other road, vanilla or custom, that I've used. See for example this screenshot [imgur.com], the road on the left is your 3 lane (48m) tram road #01, the one in the middle is this one, and the one on the right is the vanilla 4 lane road. They're all 12 unit segments, but this road has 13 zoning blocks over that length while the other two have 12. I can use zoning adjuster to account for the unusual width of this road when making it fit into grids cleanly, but so far have been at a loss about how to resolve this. Any insights?
clus  [author] 19 Jan, 2022 @ 1:13am
Hey ... the empty "junction" or missing node is done on purpose. It's explained in the description of that road. ;) [sinking tram road]
The Avenue version of that road is a modified version of another creator and he didn t explain that in his description. All other roads should work fine.

Ofc, if there's anything else wrong with another road ... then a pic or so could be helpful. ;)
BierPizzaChips 17 Jan, 2022 @ 1:24am
Btw: It's especially the 'LRT Avenue - 4 lane tram road' causing the issue of hole in the ground - which is super-sad coz that is the best looking tram road of them all. Interestingly having tested most of them, it is fair to say that most of your tram roads are fine. I shall test again and provide a detailed list.
BierPizzaChips 16 Jan, 2022 @ 3:02am
Thanks for make this. I just wonder, what i may do wrong or miss: If i have an intersection with any of your Tram-Roads and a any non-Tram-Road, touching the crossing rules - e.g. traffic light - is causing to rip the ground apart in the Tram-Road aka hole in the ground in the middle of the Intersection. It does not matter if i touch the traffic rules for that intersection via Traffic Manager or Vanilla, i always get that hole in the ground. What am i doing wrong?
baronjutter 8 Jul, 2021 @ 8:24am
I came here to complain that it looks odd even segments without stations have the platforms but I see there's a naming trick!!
SergJack 22 Jun, 2021 @ 10:11am
Clus, do you know what is the filename of this road, as I'm trying to find it in the asset editor and it doesn't seem to be there?
[TR] Kadir_47 14 Feb, 2021 @ 2:49am
Thank you for the mod. Can you make a version with parking space it would be nice
codewitch 4 Dec, 2020 @ 5:16am
They would have to be new, separate items on the steam workshop - you are correct.
clus  [author] 3 Dec, 2020 @ 11:51pm
Yeah, I could change the size of them, to get it a little bit "better" than it is right now... but it won t be perfect. But I even won't to that either, because that might "destroy/change" the things peoples already build with these roads. That counts for a lot of uploads I did over the last two years... but sadly it is what it is. Learning to do it "better" comes always over time ... :/ Well...maybe I am going to upload some new "even" versions of the asymmetrical roads next year. But no promises yet. Stay "vigilant" or so ;P .
codewitch 3 Dec, 2020 @ 9:28am
Ah, I was wondering specifically if the 25m and 18m roads could be used with an "adjusted rectangle grid". Multiplying or using LCM/GCD and the like might have worked... but if you tried it, then I guess it's a no go without zoning mods.

Are you thinking of re-releasing any? I liked the asymmetric roads, fwiw.
clus  [author] 3 Dec, 2020 @ 3:34am
There are some roads (e.g. the asymmetrical ones and this one) with an uneven width. I won t do that anymore, but I'll definitely do non standard road widths, which will most likely break the perfectly aligned zoning grid (but only with even width e.g. 18m, 36m etc.). There is nothing to do about that "gap -issue" except staying within the "8 m - width - row". Sry, Idk how the explain that better in english. ;) In other words ... the roads have to have a width of 8, 16, 24 and so on. to keep the gapless vanilla zoning grid. You'll find the width of the road on my assets-pic. That way you can quickly decide whether you want to use it or not. ;)
codewitch 27 Nov, 2020 @ 1:23am
Can this and some of your other non-standard-length zoneable roads fit within a grid without gaps, e.g., the "Perfect Optimal Square Grid" calculus? The standard grid works with 12u (96m) and I don't know if or how you'd make that gapless. Maybe 16m, if you adjusted the math, but being both an odd number and not a multiple, I'm not sure about this one. I like your roads, but I get frustrated too easily with the grids created by the non-standard sizes.
Splifsend 7 Nov, 2020 @ 9:30am
I need a version like this with the tracks on the outside.. please.. I can donate
PistonTrent 4 Sep, 2020 @ 2:03am
Is there a way to go back to the non-grass version after naming the road too?
clus  [author] 31 Aug, 2020 @ 10:12pm
Hey... could you provide me a link (e.g. Google Earth) ? No promises ... but then I could take at least a look at it. ;) And thanks ! :)
