@mergimbrahimi16 - subscribe, then open FM. On the home screen you'll see Downloads (just underneath tutorials) - open that, change to the steam workshop tab, select it and hit the install button.

Remember that the star rating will depend on the squad and the staffs level of judging player potential.

Useless and Dortmund got A LOT of better young players.
And in this opus a young star cost 4 to 40M (16 yr or less..)

BTW you might have to change the name of the 'graphics' folder under the my documents/steam workshop folder. Because you may get crashes. Depends.
