I'm trying it out for my 20th century American city.

I love the brick vibe of all of your buildings! They are so well for my northern-style builds.

These Detroit buildings capture the essence and vibe of the city so well! I miss Detroit so much ever since I moved over to Grand Rapids.. Even still today, it's a city with a unique soul unlike anything else in America. Thank you so much for this. I'm off now, to build my old neighborhood and get homesick for streets that are literally fields of grass and tires now ; ;

This is great. I ride my bike past this building every time I take Cass from WSU to downtown. Keep it up I download all your mods!

Also, I just tried the sunk in freeway design and found it so much faster than what I had done before. I actually hardly had back up as a result. Which kind of pushed the commercial to be built just off the freeways. I like how this game really seems to mirror real life.

Yeah, Detroit is like the ultimate city for a citysim. From its haydays to it's downfall to it's renaissance. Out of American cities it probably has the best architecture as well.

I am trying to use the map and build my own Version of Detroit kind of like I used to back in SimCity. I enjoyed attempting to make it how I think the city could work better, but SimCity was always so limited. This game has it almost perfect, but I wanted the buildings to go with.
