Hey man are you going to update this to ver 2.8? I love using this mod.

First time user, how do i pull up the menu for this mod

Updated to version 2.7, merging in several vanilla changes and altering deprecated syntax. If anyone is still using this mod on a 2.6.x version of the game, let me know and I can hook you up with a copy of the older mod (you can fetch it from this mod's
github repo [github.com], assuming you know how to use git.)

Numerous bugfixes were also included, which probably fixes some issues that people may have been having with these mods (such as issues with DMM/ModMenu that were being reported.)

Why can I only choose an AI empire as the crisis?

@Birddog103 the 'override' trigger from the CM manager window requires at least one of the Crisis Managers to be installed, as well as either !Mod Menu or Dynamic Mod Menu. The button to access it from Mod Menu is on the ruler screen; the DMM one is on the bottom right of the main UI.

where do you go to open the manager

Yea, it would be pretty great if you continued with this mod.

I for one would definitely be interested in this submod being fully functional with 2.6. I don't have the DLC yet but if anything doesn't work correctly, I'd appreciate it if it could be fixed.
