Yeah, if you don't see the addon in your workshop file.
You need to load Left 4 Dead 2 with the addon installed first.
Then it will show up in your workshop file.

the only reamde what i have is in the addons folder and ther stand Install .VPK add-ons by placing them in this folder.

View and manage add-ons from the main menu: Extras->Add-ons. but not more

You need to open the .vpk with GCFScape
