A Mod caused an error [System.Exception]

Road menu:
0.85: ~13 s
0.55: ~38 s
It's really consistent, with delays of 5 consecutive menu opens (repeated back-to-back during the same C:S run) within 0.5 s.
The menu opens instantly with all other scaling values. Only the first opening have a delay of <1 s.
Menus open quickly regardless of scaling value with Network Skins 2 disabled.
Tested ScaleUI versus ScaleUI + Network Skins 2:
- with my full mod + asset setup
- with no other mods but full complement of assets
- with no other mods and no custom assets
the results were the same in all cases
I do realize this problem can easily be circumvented by choosing a slightly different scaling value. It's peculiar how these two values cause a problem, so thought I'd report it.
My specs: i5-4690K (4c/4t) @4.2GHz, 16 GB 1600MHz, RX570 4GB, Radeon Software 20.12.1, Windows 10 version 2004.
When starting a new city after starting the game from desktop, (sometimes) the game starts with a light blue gradient screen, and the log file shows the following text, repeated many times (once per frame, probably). The condition can be cleared by saving the game and loading it. There is some other condition that triggers the blue screen, that I'm not able to narrow down, hence the "sometimes", but disabling the ScaleUI mod also clears the condition.

Anyone know how to move the Move It! icon?
UI Scaling absolute necessity; especially on my 32" 4k monitor. Finally; it doesn't feel like I have my face pushed up against the screen. What a relief.

The UI is painfully large on my 28 inch 4k monitor and this works almost perfectly. So far I've noticed that the music list menu gets cropped off a bit but that doesn't bother me all that much.
@Wolves Hero: Yes, sorry, this is a known issue with the last fix I made for train lines. I think I have a better solution I can push soon.
Have you had any success with this mod on scenario maps? While normal ones work fine for me, neither dlc nor workshop ones apply the custom scaling.
Anyways, I found some really inefficient code responsible for this, and I'm happy to announce I've fixed the issue. From my testing, the mod now does not seem to affect fps at all!
@rkumob: Yes, this has happened to me a few times as well. I'll try to figure out what's wrong.
I'm at 4K resolution.
@dbrigleb: I can't reproduce this :( So when you click on roads in the bottom toolbar you get a long lag? Does your fps drop when this happens? Do you have any other UI mods installed (e.g. FindIt).

Since it works for me and other players, there must be something wrong on your end if you don't see that above in the mods section.
