Very solid tactic!!! Very identical i love it!!! Most of the tacs here go with positive, attacking mental.Never seen a balance tactic like this before. I try a lot from different author but the feeling is the same with good attacking but very poor and leaky defense in my Stoke game. I only lose to Big 4 this season in PL with this tactic. Liverpool is an unstopable beast in FM20 btw...

Brilliant, really good solid shape, been having good results with few tweaks depending on game progression. In my Lazio save helped me beat Spurs home and away, Juve away, and trashed roma 4:1 (away).

@Fr Alex 010 I rarely change from balanced. I sometimes drop onto 'Defensive' if I'm closing out a game, or push onto 'Attacking' if we desperately need a goal.

I let my Assistant Manager do the opposition instructions mainly. Only ones I sometimes add are 'tackle harder' on players with low bravery or 'close down more' on centrebacks with low composure @nedensiz1980

I am struggling whit this tactic after 23 games i am 4e conceed alot of goals agains the smaller team do i have to change the mentality in the game of have it always on balance
