I forget why I even asked that question as either or I must have just mist the sentence when I was trying to read the description but, and I think this is how I actually meant to say it (sorry my bad) but yeah regardless what is the difference between this mod and the Become a Bard one I saw you also installed if they both add the same things or am I misunderstanding something there and their not compatible with each other. and where dose the MCM menu come into play here because like I said in the previous comment the eps or esp file I'm guessing it is seemed to work without additional help from the mentioned menu if you will?

What exactly dose this mod add or change in the game compared to Become A Bard one I mean I realize modification have been out for awhile now and I probably should've asked the question before but whether I missed my opportunity or not I'm wondering what it actually brings to the table because I tried the other mentioned one lest night for a little bit and I like especially since it isn't really game breaking in other-words it doesn't cause a CTD or the NPC's to glitch out?

Why is the DL size here 737.885 MB yet at the Nexus it is only 7.5 MB? I don't see a DL button here either!!!!!!

Ummm, then I really have no idea. They are there for me, every time. And like I say in description, I really can't help troubleshoot much, especially when I can't duplicate your problem.

They are not in the cheat list either. :( The mod is not listed in the compatible/supported mods list in lpbard mcm menu

I have no idea what's wrong, but you can also learn the songs by clicking the cheat option in the MCM.

For some reason the songs and book are not working for me. It worked great on my old computer(Vista). After it died and I bought a new one(Win10) (For the record, Vista>win10) I can't learn the songs from the book. I click the book and the learn song box pop up, but when I lick ok, it doesn't work. The box closes, but no song learned dialog shows up. None of the songs are added to the bard mod. I have tried both v5.5 and v.5.6 of the bard mod. I am using the nexus version of this mod. I do not have the other Anduniel mods installed.
Any one have an idea as to what is going on here?

Mareen is bugged. I followed her into a side room for her quest but she's just standing in the center of the room. I told my follower (who is Aries the dog) to wait in the main room but still nothing!

A Concert hall would be cool tho, or entertainment stages in villages where its almost scripted to happen idk... but if AnnaNpc's has them play together Ill deff use it for now.... also I understand not finding a theater play mod, but where are the gladatior arenas where you can pay to watch fights?? ive been searching all day lol but thanks for the quick response!!:)

Thanks jcap, but each time going in game my "player song " in the setting is always set to loudest volume, and I need to remember to turn it down o.O thanks tho, I'm still looking and googling, but the rest of the mod still works just fine, and started doing viamo's bard quests, after doing the first bard quest to join the bards college! =)

The author is Pevey. As I have already said: it's not removed from Steam, only made friends-only. You could message and ask.

why was the mod taken down from both steam and nexus and who is the author of the original mod

@jaderive- This may sound silly, but worth a try. When this happened to me, I checked my "player song" volume in my Skyrim settings, and it was turned down all the way (derp on my part LOL ).

Ive just never been able to work out the custom music thing i Have set up right and the 3mp's coverted right, in game I get people dancing lute playing animations just no sound I know ohers have had the same problem, but I'll keep trying ;p , I'm just happy to be play a bard again

Actually, never mind. I seemed to have finally figured out how to manually open mod through Nexus Mod Manager. I can be a bard again. :)

I have no clue how to add mods manually. But I'll give it a try.

Ahhh ok thanks Anduniel , btw for anyone and everyone , thru ppl on steam forums I was able to donwload a near to latest version of the mod and thenn with instrction from steam comminity forums, using NMM to "add mod"from file with green plus sign , and its NOW WORKING again , just I past backstory quest point where you get teh viamo dossier, but thanks to additem menu mod was still able to get that, thanks again aduniel !!!

Become A Bard is now "friends-only" visibility. Couldn't hurt to simply request friends; either she'll accept, or she won't. If she does, you can see the mod.

edit to my previous post, become a bard 5.0.6 is the latest i just checked an old url that still houses the downloads. http://bardsandmerchants.com/downloads/LPBards_5_0_6.7z and shorten that to /downloads to see any addons or old plugins

reddit has a thread for when people become stingy with downloads,... if this hasn't been posted already I still have lpbards5_0_6.7z and will share it there later. Idk if that's the latest, but the file is tagged from 9/25 so it is pretty recent. I was just about to play skyrim again and it kinda pissed me off noticing this.the last version should have been left up and comments just locked or something if he was gonna cry over it lol... or do what grown-ups do and simply not read the comments sheesh.

If you still have teh mod currently subbed the download should still work, didnt work for me after I un subbed from it , the download was usless, and Yes sadly It will be missed,. I was really getting into back story of it an all =(

You can STILL run it from the download, just have to re-check it in your Skyrim Launcher, even if there won't be any more updates.
