I noticed dat der severed limbs jus use western hive textures, do chu has any plans fir addin’ custom severed limbs in le future?

@dandy Is this compatible with Reactive World, UWE dark hive, pearl and primordial hive and hive expansion?

This mod modifies the deafult Hive Soldier Head (StickPeopleHead02) changing the texture and renaming it 'Ashland Hive Heavy Head'.

Even more. This mod adds a new head to the regular Hive Soldier with the original values... It'd be better if the 'Ashland Hive Heavy Head' was the new head instead.

So, if all your vanilla and modded Hive Soldiers have the wrong head color, this mod is the culprit.

can I take the swamp hive for my build?

@dandy. I've created a patch between this mod and Limb and Decapitation Overhaul, which uses my dummy mod Princess of Cute Hive ALL EXPANDED to supply unique severed limbs to all affected Hivers, to allow the user to craft new Organic Replacement Limbs skinned to match the races that the severed limbs are supplied from. I needed to combine the metal part from Limb and Decapitation Overhaul's hiver texture with each affected Hiver mods to achieve this, but to function as expected it needs characters from each hiver mod to supply the severed limbs for crafting.

If you do not want your textures included, please let me know (either here or on this linked mod) and I will remove it from the distribution.

@dandy. I'm going to be putting together a Mogwai Hive Overhaul patch for most, if not all, the modded Hive strains. Is it alright with you if I include your body textures (the one that Worker, Prince, and Soldier use) in it to work with the race I'll create to match Mogwai's Hive Queen [Alternate]?

I made my own patches that created praetorians into the game :P Praetorians are buffed up Hive tanks that are exclusive to protect their queens or a rare fighter in a group.
Though I've posted only Pearl Hive Praetors available for people. They're not hard to make. One just needs to adjust editor values so they'd be huge and change their limb stats so they health will skyrocket. They're truly favorite among Hive players worldwide :)
So technically they're big boys among Soldier Drones <3

Are praetorians anything other than a duplicate subrace category of warriors with a different slider limit file and some different race bonuses? It seems like I could make a lot of people happy if I just went down the list of all the hive race mods and made patches that added praetorians to each of them. They're the number one requested item in the comments of every hive mod I've seen.

@dandy I tried to make a patch so that the new hivers are considered hivers and not humans, but I am new to modding and have no one to test if everything is working fine

Hey idk if anyone else is having this problem but the mod wont work. wont even show up in my mod menu which sucks cause i like the races.

the mod should work aside from maybe the new town since im not entirely sure how to implement it into a mod and im not sure why the new races are treated as humans since i copied the hive race and just changed the textures and names. i assumed the ai and dialog settings would have carried over. its my first mod so im still learning how it all works, if anyone wants to make a patched or improved verions fixing problems thats totaly okay cuz im kinda winging it

They cant wear Hive gear?? So they recognize you as human.. THAT is the only issue with the mod I have kind of ruins the role playing behind it.. Please if you can fix that, it would be awesome other then that tho this mod is very good.

This mod seems to gray the governor's head

i think it might have to do with what faction they are friendly with Rhino ill see if i can figure it out and It works fine with hive expansions idk about MCA i dont think it adds them to the new races but it shouldnt mess anything up using it. I also got the porter and predorians added and am waiting for the creators to respond before i post it.

there is a problem in this mod when ever i steal one the new hive bandits gear it say i'm committing a crime even if they attacked first?

A thought has popped in my head, Maybe you should do these skins for The Hive Princess Mod, Hive Porter Mod and Hive Praetorian mod! See if ya can reach out to the creators of those Mods and see if ya can get permission!

i love this mod but there is a problem with the hive soldier having the head of one the new hives you added in the mod. but still i love this mod.

Thanks for the help. If you have any ideas for more races to add let me know, like names color schemes locations factions anything. Iv gotten pretty good at using gimp so i can make them fairly quickly.
