....here is hoping a talented mod creator reads my desire for a hypothermis mod and then makes a 'Frostfall' equivalent for the steam community to use.

Many Different weather mods.... NOT ONE HYPOTHERMIA MOD !! The weather mod is great.. but all weather in Skyrim is for visual/audio pleasure only. A mod where you can freeze if you dont find cover, the warmth of a campfire or wear the proper thermal gear would make weather a REAL concern.

which all the problems seem to be coming from 'Region Data Entries' in each different region specified. The problem being that ESW is erasing what Dawnguard is trying to put in the sound , flags and chance. I'm no mod expert but im sure it can be fixed by just copping the data that is missing from dawnguard and put it in the ESW and post another version of this but that works with dawnguard(post a seperate dawnguard ESW version), if thats how it works, also i have no other weather mods (excluding wet[ashes aswell] and cold as that use the weather system but does not change it).

The problem with fw is that change the weather only for 15-20 seconds.

Try looking into using console commands, with fw (force weather) and sw (set weather commands). I think you can find the codes for particular weather patterns if you google something along the lines of "skyrim console commands weather"

I have a question where can i find dramatic clouds i dont have nexus and i was wondering if you could put in realistic clouds instead of the default clouds with this mod

OK Raphou112 definitively I had a bad streak, 20% is fine. I have resubscribed and the climate around Whiterun has been within acceptable limits.
Actually, the possibility of a week-long rain is something good, as long as it is not the norm. (BTW I found your spreadsheet with the weather percentages 8^D)

need a mod that lets me change the weather to fit my RP

@ Charlemagne: rain cance is around 20% instead of 10. I may descrease this in a future update.

Could you give the % of each weather you assigned to each region? Frankly the excessive rain around Whiterun put me off, but I would like to know if it was just an unusual streak in my game. I would like to subscribe again as the mod still attracts me a lot.

@ potato: no, it only change weather chance to occur and use specifics weathers in more regions. E.g. : I use Riften Fog to add a slight fog in tundra, skyrim default storm rain to add stormsto the reach etc... So this is compatible with any lighting mods excepts those quoted as incompatible

@ bigpower: yea it's intended. Whiterun is not far from the north so I add a tiny chance (2%) to have a little snowfall (2%). I also add rare snowfall to solitude and the marsh (a little higher chance). Why? Solitude is almost in snow moutains ( http://static2.nexusmods.com/15/images/110/3139070-1322079641.jpg ) and The Marsh is a very cold and icy region :)
