cant wait either. i think this is the only mod that allows roasting whole animals^^-that reason alone makes me love it.
if you do want to polish it some, you could add compatibility for mods like camping tent, or even gastronomy so your festive tents could be used as alternative "cashiers"(that way pawns would have a worktype to sell food from it, and there´d be guests buying it). oh and while youre at it, how about a pillory to tie prisoners to and throw apples at? :D (could just be chained to an area with a modifyed horseshoe pin but horseshoes replaced by some apple texture?)
..pls dont buff the food tho, its already 10, and just because i roasted someone in a delicious way it doesnt mean im comfortable eating him o.O

@TurtleShroom, All my mods will eventually be updated for 1.3. Some mods, like the Rimcense mod that have Assemblies, I;m waiting for things to stabilize before updating.

This mod is getting some extra work done on it regarding textures and possibly some new features. So, as soon as I have those implemented, it will be updated.

I'm glad you enjoy it.

Now that V1.3 is out, will you consider updating this Mod to that version? I can't imagine "Rimworld" without this Mod. It is by far one of my all-time favorites.

I use this to roast the Kitsunes from the Kurin Mod! Please consider upping the Ate Roasted Animal Mood Modifier to fifteen, instead of ten, so that it can negate cannibalism.

Table is in Storage...Which I will probably change to furniture when I get a sec to edit it.

Ok, I updated some of the textures and both the Festival Tent and Game are now fully rotatable.


@Chicken Plucker I did end up using some of your textures, I altered them a bit, sort of mashed them up with the originals. Again, I appreciate it. If you're ever open to doing more textures, let me know.

Or you could make the Xenophobe trait on a visitor (or your colonist) trigger a demand for execution of pawns not of the same race as the Xenophobe, with resultant buffs / debuffs for getting or not getting the required result, as well as the rest of the colony pawns or visitors also getting buffed / debuffed due to the execution.

So, an incident (and probably an enormous amt of work) you might add - outsiders visit your festival, either as traders, guests, etc. They accuse 1 of your pawns of being a witch. Especially if you have Rimworld of Magic/Apothecary/Witch's Garden/Cults mods. They demand public execution of the witch/demon/elderspawn/etc. Your options: 1) have to kill visitors, so enemies now, 2) kill your pawn, so unhappy colony, 3) - a trial by combat or a joust? So melee skill vs. melee skill, and both have to be on mounts (so tied to Giddy-up!) 4) massive bribery and/or social interaction, so a trader/negotiator is needed. Maybe rather than an incident, make it an option with the quest-giver, so that accepting a pawn visitor might generate this the moment that the new pawn joins, or if you have the Additional Quests mod, when you click on the quest giver, that pawn might suddenly trigger this accusation. Clearly the Moose put me up to this.

@Chicken Plucker Thanks a lot. I was able to open the folder fine. Everything looks great. Awkwardly, ErisGrim also offered to make some graphics too. I'm interested to see what he comes up with but I don't want to seem ungrateful if I choose one over the other.

Hey there velcro. I saw the release, I thought it looked cool with the concept. I heard from hydromancer you were interested in re-textures so I spent a bit of time doing some as best as I could to do them in vanilla style. Here's the folder:

Fixed it. Building is now rotatable but will probably look funny if you put in any other position other than facing south. I will remedy that soon.
