Dude in the pokedek it says that if someone were to grab his handle, honedge would wrap it's cloth around it and suck all of their life out of them. So I think its not a good idea to put it in peoples hands.

it does, and its a good pokemon, the best pokemon for competitive play is a freakin key chain!
