first aircraft i went to the arctic with, it was fantastic (a bit slow tho but for a turboprop its great)

love it. 2 things. one, consider adding a ramp control outside and lower the doors as you cant get it like you normally would (jumping in) and 2. how do i and this without um... BAM

Make sure to push forward both Throttle and Prop Pitch Levers. It should still work without a Problem.

I run everything according to the instructions, but everything is smooth, he almost does not move and even more so does not take off. maybe I missed something and made a mistake?

Hmm, that's odd. As long as you're in advanced mode it should work without a problem.
