You can already have them in the extended spawnmenu yeah. And yeah a bit honestly, I have to find the time to do that

Ah, no, there's no sound replacement for the moment. But you can use this addon to add voice lines on Helix, clockwork or nutscript for HL2RP if you want to know.

Like for the vortigaunt npc to actually produce these sounds like a sound replacement
