In order for the map to work properly, you have to be running it on the minigames gamemode.

Make sure you also switch the gamemode from Sandbox to Minigames in the main menu of Garry's Mod.

if i dead in the map wherever, when i rebirth then i with dead again and again,did my PC have some BUG?
