Would this be mountable as a deck-side torpedo or will it detect your own ship and come about to hit it?

I won't, sorry. Though If you wanna find planes that already use my torpedoes I suggest doing this:

google for "https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2054516270" (this item's url) and it'll show all pages with this link in it (and thus creations that gave credits!).

@grazzy, it already does! Another thing it does is to only sweep where the target’s at. (See video)

how do i make it so the torp goes top-side when dropping instead of staying under-water?

What does the targetting distance do? is this the distance the laser starts searching for targets, after launch?

it lets you choose where it hits the target: the outer left corner, the outer right corner, or anything in between.
