I've pushed out an update. Should resolve any issues you're seeing. Only bug to note is that you can't plant them DURING extremely cold / hot temperatures (however if they're already planted they will survive these temperatures)

Newest update resolves the limited lifespan issue and makes them immune to blight. Let me know if you have any issues.

@Ben Can confirm they do have a limited lifespan. Just watched all of my fake roses die in succession, after about 16 days. When you have a chance, look into it! Until then, I'll go look into the mod myself and see if I can figure out what's going on.

@Ben Thanks. They're now in a heated area with light, so I'll let you know if I have any additional problems. Good work on this mod though.

@KasumiTakeshi I removed the normal lifespan for this variant, I'm in the process of working on another mod, but I'll take a look into it shortly thereafter. I might've not accounted for extreme temperatures, thanks for letting me know.

@Ben I planted another fake variant, and about six or seven days later it vanished. The only things I can think of is the temperature, as it was in an unheated area at -50 F with no light.

Absolutely positive. Can the cold kill them, out of curiosity? Or lack of light?

@KasumiTakeshi Are you sure you selected the fake variant of the plant in the plant pot?

My fake plants.. vanished after a while of being in the pots. The info screen says they have a limited lifespan and a lifetime of 16 days. Is that how long they stay? Seems kind of pointless... unless it's a bug?

@Abenlen they're in the normal plant pots. Instead of selecting the vanilla plants, you can select fake variants
