Hey, i loved the ship, I altered it a little bit and now its one of my Main fleet ships of the line.

I borrowed your Engines to build one of my ships and since the engines are entirely yours I'm holding off on uploading it to the workshop. If you say its alright i'll put a link to your workshop in the description.

Yeah, the contact boat looks really good! I guess in order to have torpedo launchers, you would have to increase the size of the ship so it can provide enough energy to them. The baikal is honestly a small ship in terms of something you would use in midgame.
