Moustache is a must, it is an important part of Mempo masks the Samurai wore to strike fear into their enemies. And since Stone Spirit is a "leader" (being animated statue of the General of Jade Army) he must, hence, look like a Shogun, or Daimyo at least (check Shogun Total War series to get a hint about what I'm tlaking about)

Maybe I'm just nuts (since everyone else hates it) but I LOVE the hat, it fits him really well imo. The vest+kilt/skirt are really well made, but in my opinion the weakest part of the set is the staff.
