Creative, developer level quality, realistic difficulty, but this one so far has me annoyed after 8 goes at it. Ive tried building wizard guilds almost immediately on whichever kingdom I felt was going to be a problem later on then moving my ranger guilds and just harassing them before they can get built up.
Tried the classic strong defensive dauros agrela approach.
Tried the long drawn out style of building each type of guild setup destroying them and using outposts, embassys to house them so I had every hero type then go back to dauros agrela to revive them and let them level up ridiculously high.
Im going to have to think out of the box here more so then usual.
What did I do on the second time? Full focus on economy, balista towers + outposts. No heroes at all, Snow Giants do all the defending job with balista towers.
Before I defeated the Lightning God I marked all of the future enemy kingdom palaces with something like 20k+ gold bounty. I did a smaller bounty on all of them like 5k in the early game so their heroes are constantly harrasing their own kingdom.
So basically I destroyed all of my future enemies with 0 heroes. After that I started getting heroes, leveling them a little to destroy the God and his temples. Easy.
No seriously, you may as well get pay to make DLC of this game, you missions are totally new and fresh and I LOVE IT! this one is a perfect prove of it: you have A.I ally that help you FIGHT! and then betray you after killing the Storm god!!!! Dude well done 10/10
Also fun fact, my monk of level 6 critic hit the Storm Lord and kill him in one hit LOL rest in peace my dude, rest in peace....
So until that gets implemented, the only way they can build tier 2/3 buildings is to start it from scratch. They are still paying the entire gold amount as if they built the tier 1 and hit the upgrade button like the player.
As for the attack flag issue, I think I have fixed that in the latest update. What I think was happening is that if you placed a reward flag, then removed it, it was reverting the AI player to a neutral team. It should now keep them as an enemy team.
One thing I noticed:
After we defeated the Lightning God and all the Kingdoms turned against me as intended...part of the way through (mind you it was hard for me to notice all this as I'm just trying to survive and take out one Kingdom at a time) one of the Kingdoms (specifically red) didn't attack me anymore. After I defeated the other 2 Kingdoms and placed an attack flag on the last Kingdom is when they finally started attacking me again. So it was like me doing a 1v2. Still very challenging.
Last thing:
This is NOT a problem to me btw, just wasn't sure if it was something you intended. When AI was building structures, some of them were built immediately as lvl 2 or lvl3 guilds market place/blacksmith. Again, not a problem for me. I was fine with it.
