Nostalgia love. I want a whole squad! but all being 2? They aren't pencils! lol
Just an idea for similar mod, the grey (first tier) x-com jumpsuits from the original game, with with different levels of zipper open, maybe tighter too to modernize it a bit.

It seems the armour is made to look more like ingame cartoons than the ingame item itself, and, of course, it is more realistic.
On the ingame model the breast and thigh plates seem to be more massive and belly part looks more like muscle cubes (and thus more unisex and fan-service like).
What's nice, is that you can see the PA underneath the other armors. Your crew is always rocking the fab duds. Also, everyone wearing this outfit, with the EU Covert Ops coat on top, automatically looks like Gambit.
