for example , if u uses "Archotech Expanded" and named it as "Archotech Expanded_local", the xml ( in this mod folders -> Paches) will not match the name "Archotech Expanded_local" as "Archotech Expanded" and will skip to read it ,which means it will skip to setting "Archotech Expanded" surgery for kurin . and in game u can't see any surgery supported by "Archotech Expanded" .
the solution is to name ur mod ,i means "Archotech Expanded", as "Archotech Expanded" (like what it type in xml) or rename the value in xml ( open "Archotech Expanded.xml" and rename "<mods></mods>" node as "Archotech Expanded_local". (the appreciated way is to use thier field_id as the node value)

I met the same problems,the error log is as same as Winter's Slumber‘s.
it seems that the problem is very serious,the icon and description of surrogate and synthetic heart and stomach directly disappeared,and when I tried to spawn them with developer mode,the error logs flooded out.
