You need to get your eyes checked, that is clearly Angel Dust. However, all of us (not just you) are excused for our ignorance as it is beyond our mortal capabilities.
Angel Dust is clearly from a higher plane of existence far beyond our mere mortal comprehension, so sadly we cannot completely comprehend it.
We are fortunate that the lords have blessed our plane of existence with the entity known as Angel Dust, who is commonly mistaken as simply a cartoon character and mistakenly implied to be nothing more than a character. The worst case scenario is that we, the entirety of humankind, will never understand the truth and will continue to underestimate Angel Dust and various other entities.
I hope I explained the dilemma enough for all to comprehend but I most likely have not, unfortunately, this is a divine matter and I am simply a mortal of low societal class within the comparably minute society within the vast universe and beyond. I apologize if I could not describe it properly.
