The glowing metallic effect is probably an issue with cubemaps i'll look into it :)

Nevermind, it's an AMD graphics card issue that happens with source games like insurgency. The mat_ commands (mat_specular 1/0, mat_phong 1/0, mat_fastspecular 1/0, and many others) are source console commands that change how certain textures and lightmaps are rendered.

The grass fields at the German spawn are purple, and the underground bunker pass is purple too. Did you use source mat_ commands when making this map?
