One of my favorite mods, plain and simple. I love the difficulty this provides, especially the Death Wish version where the knives go even faster. Learning the patterns was a blast, and I've even completed the Death Wish bonus stamps. I'd love to see more of this in the future. :HatHealth:

Boss works great as far as I can tell, but boy am I not looking forward to having to possibly fight a harder version of the boss potentially with more restrictions than just not being able to gain ANY vertical height at all...(Seriously tho, I wish there was a proper way I could dodge the knives because at times, even if I was doing the dive cancel upon touching floor for a frame thing, I would STILL get hit because the knives go faster than I do.)

And yes, this comment is made after I have beaten the normal version of the boss.

If I didn't have the Chief Maid Hairband (Works like Time Stop, but the slow effect is much more pronounced and has a slightly faster cooldown), Death Defiance (Basically revives if I die with it active but only once.), and Doctor's Bag, I wouldn't be able to beat it plain and simple.

Suprisingly well optimised.
Im actually impressed that all the knifes didnot cause lag even when i played on my old "craptop".
The boss itself is also really fun even for me who always sucked at bullet hell games.

Also for anyone else looking for a fun reason to replay this boss i reccomend playing it with this addon:

It makes it easier and harder at the same time, but super fun nontheless.

@AkatamaButa, there is no way to toggle the music since this fight was inspired by Furi (great game btw) so I guess all you can do is disable the in-game music in the settings and listen to some Touhou music instead. 𝘰𝘳 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘥𝘥 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘩𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘋𝘞 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘩, 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸...

I am planning to make another bullet hell fight at some point, so I might use Touhou music for that.

But can I do this with Touhou music playing in-game? Is that something that can configurable from the mod menu in the future or would it be better just turn off in-game music and play it from outside?

All of the stamps clear perfectly fine for me...

I might need some people to confirm if the stamps clear or not to see if it's actually a problem with the mod itself

The knife road can be avoided by repeatedly diving & dive cancelling or using the sprint hat. I'm pretty sure that Hat Kid isn't too slow to sprint through the knife road though.

Fixed it, the outside circling knives spawn more outside of the arena now.

well, while playing i noticed that if you stay at the border of the arena when he is about to start the last attack, that attack become way easier to dodge

Sorry if my feedback was rude. I didn't intend that. To be clear, I had a good deal of fun with your map. It was just short enough to not really need a checkpoint, but I figured one might help. Its your thing though! I look forward to your future projects.

The knife spiral attacks in phase 1 & 3 can be dodged by getting closer to the Conductor and diving/dive boosting around the arena. It's random which attack he pulls off next but most of the time he never uses the exact same attack twice in a phase.

I don't know if I will be implementing checkpoints in this fight though. I mean sure, it's kinda long and difficult but it's more or less of a concept of how a bullet hell fight would work and feel like in this game.

If a lot of people ask for it, then maybe i'll add a checkpoint system which you can enable at the start of the fight.

But right now I will focus on fixing this mod a bit, learn more about modding and maybe make some more bullet hell bosses in the future.

I'll point out the swirl attack in the 3rd phase (?) as being basically undodgeable.

Hey man the fight is pretty darn epic but sometimes the attacks are just un-fair. I reccomend to make the fight at least a little easier, thanks.
