If you use [Industrial Rollers (Continued)], you can use it in 1.3.
However, the balance with other mods is unknown.

Just an FYI:
It sounds like the original Industrial Rollers mod is buggy and does not work properly in 1.3. However, master modder Mlie has released Industrial Rollers (Continued) - a working version.

Hi, three requests for your great mod:

1. Underground output rollers that, except from the current "straight" direction ( = equal to the direction of the supposed underground rollers), move their things left,right, or even opposite? Also in-wall versions of those?

2. Can an underground output have its cost increased by base roller cost * distance from input, to simulate actually building the underground rollers? Could a same logic increase be done for the construction time?

3. Can you merge an underground roller output with a pusher?

@Malkav, this addon is tagged as 1.2, but the base Industrials Rollers mod is 1.1.

Is there a mod option to revert the in-wall roller textures to the original style? Everything else about this mod, I love, but the in-wall textures feel... I dunno, they feel like a bit much, if that makes any sense.

rollers is definitely more factorio in style and execution, but unlimited underground parts would totally turn this into space station 13's disposals system. definitely OP, admittedly, but that'd be a neat optional addition. If only I knew how to do this stuff myself.

Experimental update for 1.2 posted. 1.1 unchanged. Post comments if you find a problem.

At the moment, this is pretty meaningless, as the base mod has not been updated.

If the author does not update soon, or at least let us all know he's not dead, and still updating his mod, I'm going to initiate a hostile takeover, and attempt to incorporate the base mod into this one, making this a standalone merge of both mods.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Zymex, author of PRF rearranged his research a week and a half ago and I didn't notice the error. This mod has to hook into the same research for compatibility. Fixed now!

I could probably get you in touch with people who could help you with learning decompiling assemblies, but likely not to do any actual work on the mod, unless they feel like doing it. Do you want that?

Yeah, not being able to do a corner underground output bugs the crap outta me. There is no C# coding for angled or corner underground outputs so I couldn't make those. This is the number one thing I would do if I had access to the source code for Industrial Rollers. One of these days I'd like to learn how to decompile & reverse-engineer RimWorld assemblies just for this one thing.

Whether it's in-wall or not is easily set by some xml tags. There is only cosmetic difference between all the various types of non-wall underground inputs, for example. But that's pretty much.the whole point of this addon.

Pushers and Pullers are already effectively In-Wall, as they are Impassable. They don't hold up roofs, but they will seal a room to make it "Indoors." I've been thinking about making non-impassable versions.

As for Angle Pushers & Pullers, I'd like to, but that would require new C# coding. Everything I did is XML. If you can write the Assemblies for it, I'd love to add those. For that matter, if I could find a C# coder to do it, I'd love to reverse-engineer the IR assemblies so we can incorporate all this into Project RimFactory and not have to deal with an absentee, nonresponsive author.

The author of IR, 'historic', has not been around since updating for 1.1, and is unresponsive to bug fix and feature requests. Also, he has not seen fit to post his source code anywhere (like Github). It's his right, but personally, I think it's a bit of a dick move, to make your source code unavailable, then bail on mod support. Most authors at least post their source when they quit.

Hello. Mind adding in-wall pullers and pushers, as well as non-straight versions of them? Basically add all the variations that rollers have, sans splitter and tee.

Vanilla rollers are enough for most occasions,but more choices are always better.And your new textures for in-wall rollers are better than vanilla.I like this mod a lot and make a Chinese translation mod for it.If I can't get your authorization,please leave a message in this web and I will delete my translation mod.

New textures incoming for the In-Wall pieces. I originally thought the brown would make them look more like walls, but after seeing them in-game it looks weird because they're not made of wood. So I'm trying a hazard-stripe pattern, and I really like the result.

All the pullers and pushers already count as walls, mostly. They are impassable, and block air/heat. However, they will no support a roof by themselves, they need walls nearby. Normally, it's not an issue.
