I think this mod stopped reading files from config to moddata after server zeroing and updating to 2.5.7

Opposite of the previous member - so that his claims do not sound one-sided, I would like to mention that this mod completely suits me and my server “Null”. We have been using this mod for a very long time

@Stroichik I could make the calculation for the bonus slots configurable. At least you can already configure the max num bonus turrets and the processing power where you reach that cap.

Great mod that works great on current version. However, do you have a plan to make a mod, that can add different amounts of turrets on different ranges of Processing power? Flying 5km Assertor and it needs something like extra 2500 turet slots to field 330+ turrets :), but that also adds too many slots for smaller ships.

Would be very cool to be able to set extra slots for PP from 0 to 20k, from 20k to 50k etc. Instead of a linear curve. Linear adds too many slots to smaller ships that way, when you only need super many slots on ships with PP more than X amount.

Hi @Jopazo, oups thought I already fixed that. Well it seems I didn't.
Mod works fine, but it may spam the client logs with that harmless error. The client does not have the script because of 'serverSideOnly = true' in modinfo.lua. I will fix that.

Hello again! Sorry, I just started using the mod again. Couldn't reproduce the issue either, so nvm. But, Im now getting into modding and I happened to load the mod on a new galaxy and it's spamming a warning on console, it goes like

Warning: Couldn't add script from stream: 15ShipInfoScripts: Script 'data/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua' not found. Tried the following paths:
data/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua
data/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua.lua
data/scripts/data/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua
data/scripts/data/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua.lua
data/scriptsdata/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua
data/scriptsdata/scripts/entity/sizeforturrets.lua.lua


But the script was actually in the mod folder. Any chance you can help me figure out whats happening?

@Jopazo Hi, I can not reproduce this issue, mod works well in my test galaxy. Do you have other mods running in the galaxy? Please upload a full server log on pastebin.com for further help.

It would make perfect sense for it to expand with the ship's size.

I love the idea of getting 1 Arbitrary slot and one auto turret slot per sub system of the ship (this feels good for base game no, and even though I dont like the material tier system setup adding, 1 slot of Arb and auto per knowledge unlock would also make progression feel better, and less about spamming same subsystems.

Your mod idea is great! Thanks for the good ideas.

I'm assuming it's actually being caused by the fact that I moved the server data files to a new location. All my other mods were OK, but shipsize and the config library are throwing minor errors, and shipsize doesn't seem to be working right. I'll keep poking it and see if I can figure it out.

@talaroth A factor related to Grossbergers issue? Or what is your answer related to? However, if you have issues please send me the logfiles, then I'll check if it is related to this mod. Without logs and/or a detailed description to the issue I can not do anything, because there are no known issues with this mod and it worked fine yet.

I haven't checked the beta branch in a while for the game, but I've not had any issues with the main game. I also don't have the DLC, so that might be a factor.

Oh yeah definitely, but all you need to do is lump them in a steam collection and as you update each mod individually they will also update on the collection. All a collection is, is basically a folder of your mods where people can easily find and subscribe to them.

That link works, but you can't navigate to that from your profile or from your mods, requires manually typing that link every time - a collection would by far be the best bet to keep everything together
