You got it!
That explains it. I was pretty confused as to what was happening. Thanks for the response.
It does not
@Adenn
Yeah, I think it's a bug because I used the same naming conventions for the enemy armor as the cosmetic variants. Learned not to do that in future mods but haven't revisited a fix here unfortunately.
All good it’s not there haha
Thanks that is most likely the reason for it lol
My bad for not reading the full description.....
May be a conflict with the CAT6 Cosmetics mod, it's on my to do to address.
anyone able to help?
Ah I see, hm I am uncertain unfortunately.

yeah, it's included in Cavily's mod here:

Yep! It's on the agenda
Palaven mod by Kexx
this is what i suggested to nightninja a while back regarding collector units and i copy it word for word here:
QUOTE
@NightNinja54
also, i don't know how easy or difficult it is to replace non advent units. but here are some ideas.
collector units can be used to replace a bunch of non advent units. such as:
1. archon. because collectors can fly or at least glide or hover. you don't even have to change the weapon. just think of archon's energy lance is some sort of modified collector beam weapon. fits really well. so just a body model swap.
2. spectre. when spectre moves it changes into a nanoswarm. so think of it as a collector swarm. keep the spectre default weapon too. just a body model swap.
END QUOTE
Silly thought but would a Harbringer-Possessed Collector work well as an Archon Equivalent, as tricky as that would be?
hopefully EA will pull it's head out of it's ass and do the right thing for once lol.
yeah i agree that praetorian is an awesome replacement for gatekeeper.
cheers.
woohoo, so happy that you are working on more ME stuff, can't wait to see what you make next. :D
as for additional independent standalone enemies like loki mech, i say go for it man if you have the time. the cool thing about all these standalone enemies is that with each new standalone enemy, the percentage of mass effect units in the entire enemy pool is slowly increased. so it's more and more likely that a mass effect unit will be picked by the system because there are more and more of them. so yeah, man, if you have the time, i say go for it, not to mention that the loki asset is already there, kind of a waste not to use it lol.
cheers and once again, thank you so much for all the hard work! :D
Haha, a reaper as a sectopod, sounds insane but very cool. I like the other idea's ya'll are throwing around as well. I agree that I'm currently working through what's available on the modding community, but I'm sure folks like Cavily, Poncho, and Kexx will continue to port great assets.
For the Loki Mech, I probably wouldn't use it to replace a larger mechanical unit, but am curious if there's an interest in a weaker robotic trooper-esk unit like the loki mechs were in ME? Wouldn't be a direct replacer for the moment. I do have other replacers in progress, don't want to give too much away yet in case something changes.
hopefully the size issue can be resolved.
i agree that loki mech is kind of lame lolz. but i mentioned this simply they are available now and adds a bit of variety. if not loki mech, then geth prime can replace both the regular and heavy advent mech, just need a different color for each.
as much as i want a reaper destroyer in the game, but that thing is way too big. it's the same size like a tall building in xcom2 if you want to keep it to scale, because if not, then you have to shrink it. but like i said, huge enemies look weird when shrinked. so i have to disagree with you and stand by my original suggestion that atlas mech or a collector praetorian is a good candidate to replace sectopod.
yeah man, i'm playing xcom2 these days specifically to get my mass effect fix lol. andromeda is a disgrace. i played it once never will touch it again. so aside from occasionally replaying the original trilogy, xcom2 is the only mass effect fix for me right now. :)
yeah loki mechs are those lanky security mechs in the beginning of me2.
i'm a bit confused by your statement of " heavy mech or the cerberus mech" you mean those bigger YMIR mechs and the cerberus atlas mech? problem is that they are not in the modding community yet. also if they are in, i think cerberus atlas mech is a better candidate for sectopod replacement in my opinion.
lol true man. :D
here is my list of suggestions, the ones with assets already in the modding community come up first.
1. marauder replaces muton.
2. loki mech replace regular advent mech.
3. geth prime replaces heavy advent mech
4. collector captain replaces archon
5. collector trooper replaces spectre.
6. maybe some form of fuzzy looking EDI or cerberus phantom to replace codex. ( see the mod cortana replaces codex )
7. geth prime replaces andromedon
8. maybe indoctrinated asari commando ( with their leather outfit ) to replace sectoid?
9. kai leng replaces chosen assassin. ( i think i saw a warhammer 40k mod somewhere that replaces the chosen, so it's doable )
10. maybe saren replaces chosen hunter, and tela vasir replaces chosen warlock.
i won't list things that are not in the modding community yet, things like obvious choices for brutes to replace berserker, etc.
What did you have in mind?
Hi Tas, finishing up an adjustments mod that should address something some users have requested. Then maybe a new enemy that some have requested in the past :)
Any hints on the next mod?
