It feels a bit overloaded, like it has too many traits on it.

Just an extra Trade Route is amazing: I'd probably reduce the gold gain from trade routes and remove the luxuries or vice versa.

Grand Bazaar initiation still results in loss of cityscape. By test, this also happens when AI builds it. Only wonder remaining I know of that this happens.

@mathew.pederson,

As much I hate walking in there as a 15 year old (who really likes maneuvering through crowds to see crockery and souveneirs for tourists? also for 5 hours ), It does a have cultural value, and had significant economic value centuries ago, but it should be updated soon

@mathew.pederson
can reduce the gold bonus to 4 gold

The Grand Bazaar seems to be an East India Company clone worth 4 culture, 10 gold, a trade route and 2 each of 2 different unique luxuries. Considering that the main purpose of caravans is to produce gold, the bonus gold seems redundant. Why not remove it, and combine the culture and luxuries bonuses into a +1 culture per luxury resource type available in your Empire? This would make the variety of luxuries a key element, without adding additional luxuries (which can be a precarious balance), while (IMO) maintaining all the themes of your original version.

What do you think?

@mathew pederson, yup i know but it doesnt sound right to move ti into an era that is late, but at the same time they are powerful, so increased cost was an option, but il think of something else

I would strongly suggest against increased production cost. Most wonders are priced according to their tech level. More powerful wonders are more advanced, and thus more expensive. Perhaps if you do not wish to reduce the power level (which is rather high), you might want to move it to a later technology?

I know that, I was thinking of increasing its production cost

This looks really powerful, considering that you're getting +8 happiness from two unique luxuries on top of a bonus trade route (Which itself is going to get a bonus from the unique resource) and the other bonuses.

I'd suggest scaling it back to:
-2 copies of one of the resources (carpets would be my preference)
-Bonus Trade Route
-+4 Gold
-Free Market
-2 Great Merchant points

@BrenTenkage,
Having new stuff is awesome!
more wonders coming tomorrow(more than 1)
probably another will add a luxury (morrocan mint tea or persian rugs)
also a museum from Canada
BrenTenkage 22 Dec, 2013 @ 12:22am
Now that is cool, I like having lots of trade routes (not to mention lots of wonders LOL)
