If there are less then that when creating the nation let me know and ill go fix it.
If it was Hearts of Iron 4 I could, because the GFX files don't change the version number of the game.
Since this game uses animated portraits using custom portraits change the game version number.
Basically, if the mod changes the game version number then it cant be achievment-compatible. I don't have the knowledge required to make portraits in this game that don't change the version.
Maybe if i replaced a default races portraits it might work but since they are animated I think they are saved as a different file type.
But yeah I don't own the artwork rights or the software to animate them.
