To load the shortlist you have to SUSCRIBE ON STEAM than load your game and go to FM -> DOWNLOADS and install the shortlist. Then you can IMPORT/LOAD like normal.

Passion4footballManager, its a bad shortlist in regards to irl talents. In game they may be good but there are still a ton of young talents who are not listed. *

Simon Tibbling was on the list of europes 100 biggest talents, Sixten Mohlin have big clubs after him and won several prizes, for example he was in the U17 All star team. Berisha in Roma is regarded as one of the biggest talents in Italy. zackarias faour is called the new Zlatan and did a aboslutely stunning goal in his debut for p16 man city and a huge promise. This list is a big fail if you know anything about young players.

I've subscribed, installed it under the downloads page in FM, but I can't find the shortlist anywhere

Red players are on your shortlist, while blue should mean that they are on loan to a club - at least this is the default colouring if you havent made your own changes to the Skin colours - http://www.mypassion4footballmanager.com/2013/04/how-to-change-player-attribute-colour.html

Why are some blue and some red ?? is there a difference between the quality ? because there is alot more red than blue but dont know what they mean..

I have download the list but i can't find it ingame

I can only locate a few of these players, what db should I load to get the most out of the game- with out it taking months to do complete a seasion of course
