fyi composite signals are rather simple. you need to make a microcontroller with a composite write, and another microcontroller with a composite read. you can use both on/off and num on the same channel ath the same time.

Hi Storm, Go ahead as long as credit me that's fine!

Wackymonk  [author] 18 Oct, 2021 @ 9:45am
As I say, if you want to play around with it go ahead
ciala5 18 Oct, 2021 @ 7:39am
i know how to make the tilting work as i experimented with this a few days ago but i forgot to save but it only used 2 extra parts and 2 lines of number logic i drove it from spycakes to camodo and back and it worked so if i try to make this as proto typical as i can may i post it on the work shop and u can have a look at it and stuff BUT! there is no way at all im going to take credit for it the discription would probly just be links to this XD but seriously this is your creation and i dont want to steal it but i want to help out as the exteriour is fine but the inside is kind of lacking and i would hate to see such good potential go unseen and forgoten so if u can help it would be amazing if u dont want me to make this as realistic as i can and post it to you (and everyone else bc the workshop is public) i wont but also i have just noticed in the discription it is only controlable at one end and u arnt experianced with compisite well i can fix
ciala5 18 Oct, 2021 @ 7:39am
that to but u can just say no to all of this if u dont like this idea or yes if you do like it or yes too a bit or no to a bit the decision is yours but im always happy to help and i do have a few other things that all have a MSS in them and also im looking to start uploading stuff once i feel they are good enugh but im worried about uploading any of my steam engines as they dont normaly use steam to drive they use steam like for the cylinder drains or for elec and almost none of my builds are electricly wired up but i do think uploading my pullmans may work but i have a HUGE problem im running out of ideas i have a few but they wont last for ever also if u friend me i wont need to upload the improved APT-E if u want me to upgrade it wich might be safer im gonna do some research on the APT-E soon so this to all happen now is quite fitting if u need help with anything train related ask me and i will try to help hope to hear from you soon i have split this into 2

Hi Ciala5, Thanks for the enthusiasm but this project stalled a while ago due to struggling to make the tilting work. If you wanted to work on it then feel free.

ive been inside the real one and the cab was black with a c shaped desk around the driver it also has 10 gas turbines in the power cars 2 for back up 4 for main power and the door is in the middle at the back of the cab and as soon as your in the back ups are either side of u and after u go past a pair of doors the other 4 are there and the connecters between the coaches wernt just a bit of body shell on a bogie it had doors on it and it is also verry dark in there illuminated by some lights wich make it look so epic and the light obsorbed by the black of the room untill u get to TC-1 TC-2 and for a while it ran with TC-3 those were filled with comuters for monitering the trains preformance stbility comfort and speed i hope to see this become the most detailed and most well knowen APT-E on the workshop

wheels are a seperate entity, please read description
minisham11 5 Sep, 2020 @ 1:08pm

MOUS3C0P 3 Sep, 2020 @ 7:13pm
no pics no clicks
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:32pm
There was more space
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:32pm
I'm currently doing test in the trailing car
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:32pm
oof
Wackymonk  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 1:29pm
nah sorry, i got pissed with it so i overwrote it
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:16pm
Do you still happen to have the version that failed to tilt properly?
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:02pm
I'll see if I can logic-it-up
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 1:02pm
Sure

Wackymonk  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 12:58pm
but, as i say, go ahead and experiment with it, if you load the lead unit into the workshop you can see the space for the pivots
jonnycuba 8 May, 2020 @ 12:49pm
Oof, sad about the tilting
Wackymonk  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 12:34pm
but yeah, i need to get arround to the interior XD
Wackymonk  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 12:34pm
jonnycuba, i tried the piston and pivot method but it leaned the wrong directions and adding logic to it made it worse
jonnycuba 7 May, 2020 @ 11:36am
For the tilting system couldn't you use a pneumatic piston connected to a compact robotic pivot?
jonnycuba 7 May, 2020 @ 11:18am
I found the train managed to reach 125 MPH at 67% throttle while testing the limits, if you want to update the description. This train is really neat, I couldn't care less that it doesn't tilt or reach 155 MPH. When the Interior finishes that'll make me happy.

oslaitirs 7 May, 2020 @ 7:02am
please finish the interior
Wackymonk  [author] 27 Apr, 2020 @ 5:04am
yeah, its a shame i couldn't do it justice
StuartsSchnoz 26 Apr, 2020 @ 10:24am
HOLY SHIT I was wondering whether or not someone would do this train:steamhappy:
Wackymonk  [author] 24 Apr, 2020 @ 9:06am
It spawns at Terminal Spycakes, however it may not spawn using the mission so you might have to go into the mission editor and spawn it using the Test Mission button.
Stubby 24 Apr, 2020 @ 8:08am
Where does the train spawn?
