Xypher, yeah. It's annoying to find specifically but for anyone else looking, it'll be in one of the workshop folders.
[Drive_Letter]:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\[6_digit_number]\[10_digit_number]
for example:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\704450\2068765225
You can use windows explorer's sort by date modified, or search features to find it more easily.
