This mod will cause crash when entering cave with a king active, I love how you change the merm's AI and was hoping you can fix the bug :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

@renetta, the new skill tree does not address the merm ai issue.

Does the new wurt skill tree make merms more protective of wurt? I'm not sure that it does...

@Æthyrling i dont update this mod for a long time. With the new Wurt skill tree coming up, I dont think it's necessary for these fixes anymore.

Mod seems to cause Wurt players to immediately DC now. I think. Haven't tested very thoroughly. But on worlds where I'm playing Wurt with this mod enabled, I immediately get disconnected. On worlds where I'm playing anyone else with this mod enabled, it's fine.

If anyone knows a fix, I would love to hear it.

To all the people who use this mod in conjunction with the Mini Wurt Rework mod on regular and dedicated servers, the solution I found is to go into the mod config file for the caves world, and disable this mod specifically in caves.

For whatever reason, when the merm king's buff extends to the caves due to the Mini rework mod, DST forces this mod to reference a non-existent king, leading to a guarenteed crash. So turn off this mod in caves, and you're all set/

It conflicts with another mod, and It conflicts with the Murloc King applies to the surface and cave mod conflicts,Such as ‘’Mini Wurt Rework;

Merms attack my friend if he starts putting out a fire while the dogs are attacking. What is the reason? Merm King is alive.

are the functions FindEnemyFn, CanShareTarget, and OnNewTarget the only functions that pertain to the merms finding and fighting enemies that are targeting merms or wurt? I'm mainly interested in that aspect of this mod so I'm trying to isolate that part.

Yep, if you want to turn off whole mod then just disable the mod from the world. Make no sense to have a config for that :)

you know what, I am an absolute idiot. I thought, in the config menu, the "turn on/off wurt mod" meant the whole mod, not just the wurt part. thats my bad. thank you for a great mod btw

@Renetta, you mean in the config options? I looked and I didnt see an option to do so. I was about to suggest have it configurable. Sorry for being a pain.

Yup, I'm thinking the same too, giving her some sanity boost and evasion when she's wet. But I don't want her to get freezing, it sounds so weird for a merm. But then I must think of another penalty for wetness, otherwise it's imbalance and she can just stay wet all day.

but mayyybe give her 25/min sanity at full 100% wetness? (at the cost of freezing, like any other player) so u can get really wet for sanity BUT not too much bc it'll hurt her. or amybe when shes +75% wet, she can "slip" damage away 25% of time,.
