Probably not, I don't play GMod that much anymore, and LUA is not my strong suit either. Nothing is stopping someone else from adding these to photon though if they give credit.

If they're not showing up and you've tried all that then it's probably something wrong on the game's end, there's nothing I can really do. There's no scripts or anything besides .wav files in this addon as this was made well before vcmod and photon. Unfortunately I have no current plans or time to port the sounds to those addons.

The lights in the first video is GTA IV LCPDFR not GMod (Its where I sampled the audio from), but if you're clever you can make lights like that in game

Wiremod is required. sould be found in the directory sound/maint_audio_works/

where can i find maint_audio_works folder? Do i need wiremod? where?

The GTA IV video is the source mod I smapled sounds from, the second video is a friend of mine that was kind enough to make a demo video.

@B17zack I am sorry for your (and many other's) inconvienience with useing my addon; however, I am not responsible for the system Garry uses to mount addons, nor am I responsible for the way other addons detect the files within this addon. It is not fake, anyone is free to use http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1242185 to unpack the sound files. The second video was not uploaded by me, but by a freind of which I do not know in real life, which demonstrates that the addon is useable. Have a nice day.

You need a sound browser in-game. Sound addons have difficulty mounting properly, the only fix is to really just reinstall the addon. If you are looking for the files ouside the game you'll have to do some command line snapfu detailed here [facepunch.com].
