DECLARE_WAR_NOT_NEIGHBOR_FACTOR= 10 default is 0.25

Multiplier applied before force factor if country is not neighbor with the one it is considering going to war

I am kinda confused about it. the higher the # the more likelihood to war goal against a non neighbor country?

Is there anyway that you can add/edit the numbers for increasing NAVAL/ AIR invasion by the AI enemy ?
I have been playing for a while and I never had an enemy trying to invade me through those methods. This can be more chaotic. thank you
