@Crackhood Not yet as script API is not available yet, but I have plans to return to the active development after the release of the scripts.

I noticed there is some kind of "scripts running" menu, maybe it's now possible to make the script more in-tune with the game.

Kotofsky if you are not using the default installation path for Steam games, the path would be different. Mine is under D:\Games\SteamLibrary\...

Corrected the problem of disabling the mod by going to : Properties/Local Files/ Verify Integrity of Game Files

Tried to disable the mod to do some experiments.
Followed the directions to remove update.bat file from the launch options.
Can't seem to get rid of it.
Any ideas?

Wonder how they did to use windmills in the 15 th century whithout having first researched the technology. Said otherwise, why research something in 1960 that is already known since centuries? How did they produce steel armor in the Roman empire? What is the sence of researching fi coal or gravel extraction? Propaganda? Ramses II already used it 3500 years ago.
Imo the only researches that make sence are chemical, advanced engineering and nuclear. The rest is only filling paper with meaningless words.

For me it is=> game directory: /home/christian/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/SovietRepublic
mod directory: /home/christian/.steam/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/784150/2072854744
just replace "christian" with "user".

Great mod, I really love it. The base game without CTT, is boring for me. To increase the challenge for me, I play it with only the necessary starting buildings, then I get resources with self-import and try to grow and be self-sufficient. (Only self-construction) Additionally I do not use prefab-concrete until I have researched at least 3 Techs, and only if I can produce the prefab by myself. Vehicles only the ones from 1950, if I want newer ones I have to produce them myself. It is hard, but way more interesting to play for me.

Good for this mod, it does not effect mods that are not part of it. And you do not need it to use the mods that are part of it. It is completely optional :)

@elmer, I guess you are Xavier on discord. It seems there is a translation error on your end, as that is NOT what this is and he is part of the modding community as a whole.

@frosty, only mods that are part of the current tech tree are those that the author has allowed them to be. If you have mods that you would like to be locked behind research in this tree you will need to follow the instructions provided in the FAQ in description.

Frosty, you can import power or subscribe to a mod of a small power plant. I locked the vanilla power plant because it is quite big and "advanced," compared to small powerplants on the workshop.

bsf_bimbs, CTT will try to use all 3 types of universities (technical, medical, and political) in the next update. Research can be done also in the workshop unis, but uni types and research types are hardcoded. And I don't know how to dk models, so don't expect any buidings from me :D

So which Universities will use this technology. One of the problems I have had with the game is that only one University has Research capabilities. Does this split it up? and is it Default Unis that will research or Custom can as well? And sorry for the barrage of questions but last one will you be creating any universities to support this model?
