A lot of their bonuses are quite situational, but I still had a lot of fun playing as them. The UU in particular is absolutely fantastic. As Mele mentioned, it does just display code when you hover over a Striped Tiger, but other than that, I found no issues.

Hi! I love this mod! Just one quibble, the mouseover info for the Striped Tiger is raw code, and I'm too much of a perfectionist. I know it might be a bit too much to ask to update the mod for just this one thing, but if you could that would be awesome! Your decision though.

Just as what I have expected... Because the fact April 30 is the anniversary of the Fall of Saigon and the end of the Vietnam War, another Cold War civ has been released today, thanks to @Kramer.

After Monsoon Season, do you plan on remaking more of Octoski's Civilizations (asides from the civilizations you either completed or currently developing)?
