this getting/need an update for 3.x?

While this MOD is practically perfect for what this MOD do, the vanilla problem of Galactic Community button (Obscuring the alarm) and Federation button (It's annoying to find because it's in the corner alone) does not touched.

It would be nice if move the position of Galactic Community and Federation button to just below of war status button.
