Report a translation problem
I don't know of any good Normandy maps though, sorry. There's a few old ones for Day of Defeat but they're not that great by today's standards.

Put the "materials" folder from this into your steamapps/common/garrysmod/garrysmod folder and click 'yes' to the folder overwrites. That should fix it.

The rear hatch is rigged to the 'rearhatchmaster' bone. Move that to open it.
If you mean editing the bones, (I'm using the Context menu -> Edit bones) for me at least there's only two bones in the back of the M113, one of which controls a small door on the ramp, and the other controls its handle.
The problem is likely due to the compiler that was used, as i know Sergal636 had to compile this using the SFM model compiler to allow it to have more bodygroups than would be allowed with the regular compiler. This means it inexplicably works for some people and the spawnicons generate fine, and for other people it just doesn't work.
If it was fixable and we knew what the problem was, it would've been fixed long ago. All we can say for certain is that it's not related in any way to what you suggested.
The link for pre-generated spawnicons on the thread linked in the description still works fine so i'm not sure what problem you're having regarding that.
