Added: (Armed) civilians now have a chance to become hostile;
Added: Introduced small, unmarked Areas of Operation (AOs) that spawn a few patrols upon activation and cache patrols on deactivation;
Added: Mobile HQ feature - The BCo FOB can now be packed up and relocated to a new site (action at the ammo container);
Fixed: Issue where the first AO would sometimes fail to spawn on slower dedicated servers;
Fixed: Tomcat Airlift will now depart once all nearby players are onboard, rather than always waiting the full three minutes;
Fixed: Spawn locations for vehicle spawns are now better spaced;
Fixed: Layer activated static weapons did not always spawn;
Fixed: Various performance optimizations and bug fixes.
