just got this working
Go to Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS/Cataclysm Map Pack (v1). You will find 4 map files. Copy and paste these into Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/Maps and then relaunch the game. Should do the trick.

If you really want to make the map wrap then you'll need to load it in the world editor and enable world wrap in the Misc options.
At least I assume that is how the mod is made, I don't know of any setting in game setup that does that.
